CHAPTERS · EDITION 1

Think about the women you'd text when something big happens.

Most of them didn't get there because you consciously chose them, but because you found yourselves in the same setting enough times to get past first impressions. A school bus you both took every morning, a first job you both worked too hard at, a city where you both knew no one.

These days, we keep moving through transitions. But the conditions that led us to our trusted connections don't happen by accident anymore. So the village we once had access to has shrunk.

The problem often isn't finding the right people, it is never seeing them again.

Chapters is our answer. Because a modern village isn't built on first impressions.

What Chapters is

8 women

3 gatherings

3 weeks

Eight women placed together based on a shared season of life, not job title or industry. The same group meets three times across three weeks. Women who share enough context that they don't need to translate themselves. The structure is ours, where you take it is up to you. We're just giving a chance for something real to form.

The two Chapters

The two Chapters we're running right now. More to come — the second phase drops soon.

Corporate achiever: Career crossroads

8–15 years inCorporate career

You're 8–15 years into a corporate career that looks exactly right from the outside. Your career delivered what it promised. It just no longer fits.

Part of you wants to build something that actually reflects what you care about. Part of you wants a break. You can't say any of this out loud, because from the outside, there's nothing wrong. You're no longer excited by the career that defines you. You built what success was supposed to look like, and you're good at it. The question is whether it's the kind of success you still want, and who you are outside of it. This Chapter is for the women in that specific in-between. Not stuck, just no longer certain about the path they're on.

Early stage founder: First years of building

Consumer productFirst three years

You left a job that gave you an identity, to build something of your own. That was the right call. What you didn't fully anticipate was what comes after; the freedom that occasionally feels like free fall, and the specific loneliness of being surrounded by people who admire what you're doing but aren't in it with you.

To everyone watching, this looks like the most deliberate thing you've ever done, but you're still figuring out what you're doing. You knew who you were inside a job title. Without it, you're building an identity around something that hasn't proven itself yet. This Chapter is for women in the first few years of building a consumer product - fashion, jewellery, beauty, food, or any other physical product. Women building something beyond their own time and expertise, who want to be in a room where they don't have to perform certainty, with women still mid-build.

Podium sets the table. Your group runs the conversation.

Each gathering has a loose theme, enough to give the evening direction. There's no facilitator, no agenda to work through. Podium handles the logistics so the room can focus on the conversation.

  4. 4

After the third gathering, what comes next is yours to decide.

Some groups keep meeting, some members stay in each other's lives. Chapters doesn't promise an outcome, but it builds the conditions for one.
